Duisburg
I am a 3rd year PhD student at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany with a background in Psychology. In my research I examine how AR can effectively and efficiently support learning. In this, I especially focus on three characteristics of AR, which are framed from a human-centered perspective: contextuality, interactivity and spatiality. I am open to discuss this division of characteristics which I find important to take a more systematic approach to AR-based education and research of it. The study I will present at the conference focusses on interactivity and how different types of interaction in AR have an influence on learning processes and outcomes.
